I'm trying to upload a photo, but my camera isn't working when I try to upload them to the forms.

Please make sure you're sharing your Camera permissions with MyBrandForce. Go into your device's Settings app, find "MyBrandForce", and make sure the Camera and/or Photo option is enabled.
