When a mission is marked as "Syncing", it means that the app is trying to submit a mission while connected to unstable or weak internet. To ensure all tasks are up to date, please navigate to "My Profile" and click on "Sync Data." Alternatively, you can utilize the pull-down option in "My Missions" to initiate the sync process. Please await the green banner confirmation indicating "Sync Complete" before proceeding further.
If a mission is syncing, do NOT uninstall the app. It will clear the data that is needed to upload the mission and get you paid!
