You’re still able to complete your mission and get paid for it. Before proceeding, check with a nearby employee that the product you are looking for is not carried. Once it is confirmed that it is not present at that location, proceed to the form.
In the mission form, indicate that the product you are looking for is not there. Depending on the situation, the product may be Out Of Stock (OOS), or have No Shelf Space Allocated (NSSA). For the required photos in the form, enter a photo of the section that the product would be in if it were present. Lastly, leave a note in the Comment section at the end of the mission specifying that the product was not present.
For a product to be out of stock, it must be carried at the location. You will be able to see that there are missing items from the shelf. Because there are price tags present, this product would be considered Out of stock, or OOS.
To identify something as no shelf space allocated, or NSSA, extra attention has to be given. For NSSA items, there will be no price tag present or indication that it is sold in the location, so be sure to check that it is not just placed in a different display or section.
