Our platform needs to be able to know your location when using it so that it may show you available work closest to you. Changing the zip code in your profile only changes where you report your home base is and does not change where your pin is for pulling up open missions nearby. If you would like to see missions past 100 miles, let us know! Our team can expand this for you. Here are a few things to look into with location issues:
If it says that you have denied location services on the app, go to your device's location settings and ensure that MyBrandForce is enabled.
If it says that you have denied location services on the website version of our app here is what we suggest:
1. Go to your phone settings
2. Go to Privacy
3. Tap on Location Services
4. Scroll down to Safari (or your preferred browser) and tap on it
5. Select either "Ask Next Time Or When I Share" or "While I use The App"
6. Sign back into your BA account at https://tinyurl.com/BrandAgentLogin
The distance from a Brand Agent to a mission is reflected in the app as a direct route calculated as the straight-line distance from point to point and does not account for the driving route or traffic conditions.
